Meet in the Fisher Street carpark (Melway map 256 H 8). From Frankston-Flinders Road (C777) turn left into Byrnes Road. Where Byrnes Road turns right, turn left into Proutt Webb Road and then immediately left into Marine Parade (unsealed). Follow Marine Parade past Blake Street and then turn right into Fisher Street. Bring lunch, afternoon tea and a folding chair. There are toilets in the reserve and that will be our first stop (apart from birds on the way). We will be walking on unsealed roads, formed tracks and firm sand. Drive to the end of Woods Road (Melway map 140 B 8) and park along the sides of the road, ensuring you do not obstruct the residents. No toilets available. Walk will finish with afternoon tea. |

Enter the racecourse from the roundabout intersection of Kambrook, Booran and Glen Eira Roads. Proceed through the tunnel and follow the road to the car park (Melway map 68 E 2). Bring morning tea and a folding chair. After morning tea, we will drive to Rippon Lea Estate via Glen Eira Road and then left into Willow Street (just after Gordon Street). We will park at the far end of Willow Street where it turns right into Elm Street. If you miss the turn into Willow Street, turn left into Hotham Street (second street after Willow) and then first left into Elm Street, and follow road to Willow Street. We will walk from the cars to the main entrance on Hotham Street. Entry to Rippon Lea Estate is free for residents of Glen Eira or Port Phillip councils, otherwise $15 for adults, $12 for concessions, $9 for children under 16. Toilets available at both locations. We will finish with bird call at Rippon Lea Estate. |

Meet in Observation Court (Melway map 93 F 4), may need to park on the grass. Access to Waterways Estate is either from Springvale Road via The Waterways Boulevard, from Governor Road via Burdekin Boulevard or from Wells Road via Bowen Parkway. Bring morning tea and a chair. |

There are two entrances into Civic Court but one is a dead-end. Take the entrance between Russell Street and Hurley Court and meet near the roundabout at the end (Melway 193 C 6). After the walk we have a 5 minute drive to Coolart (Melway 193 G 8). Turn right from Civic Court onto Frankston-Flinders Road (C777) then right onto Sandy Point Road and first left to stay on Sandy Point Road. Take second right onto Lord Somers Road and right into the Coolart Entry Road, continuing to the visitor carpark. We’ll have an early lunch at Coolart before a walk around the property. Bring lunch, afternoon tea and a folding chair. Toilets at Coolart. |
