Meet in the carpark within the reserve (Melway 65 H 8), turnoff is on the right about 150m after turning into Wicks Road from Basin-Olinda Road. Toilets available. We will have an early lunch after the walk before traveling to the Liverpool Retarding Basin. Continue on dirt road out of reserve, turn left onto Basin-Olinda Road and continue through roundabout where it becomes Mountain Highway. At next roundabout turn right onto Liverpool Road and look for carpark entrance on left about 600m from roundabout (Melway 65 G 5). After the walk we will finish with bird call. Bring lunch and folding chair.
